At Midwest Transport Bay, we understand the challenges that come with buying a vehicle from a third party. Trust, quality, and satisfaction are paramount, and we are here to ensure all three.
Our Services
Not only are we a trusted name in shipping, but we also offer escrow services to provide an extra layer of security and satisfaction to our customers.
How It Works -
Step 1: We will hold the payment securely until the item you are trying to purchase is delivered and you had a chance to inspect it for 15 days.
Step 2: If, for any reason, the customer is unsatisfied with the vehicle, it can be sent back at the seller’s expense. Midwest Transport Bay will arrange for the vehicle to be picked up and returned to the seller, free of charge.
Step 3:
A) Upon return of the vehicle, Midwest Transport Bay will refund the customer in full, with no additional charges, within 24 hours.
B) Following the 15-day inspection period, should the Buyer find the item satisfactory, they are to sign the necessary documentation, notify Midwest Transport Bay, and furnish the requisite proof. Upon receipt of such confirmation, we will disburse the funds to the Seller.
